Return Policy
If the product is UNOPENED you may send it back to us for a full refund. Please include the merchandise, order number, and a note explaining the return; we can refund the price of the your order not including shipping and state taxs. You will need to pay for all shipping for returned items. There is no re-stocking fee for orders above $5.00.
if you are seeking to return an item you must send us an email explaining your concern. We will respond with the proper return mailing address at that time.
Returns must be sent back to SK Catnip within 21 days of purchase. PayPal orders must be sent back within 15 days.
Exchange Policy
We can replace all faulty or damaged items, but we cannot exchange items. If you would prefer another item, just return the unwanted merch for a refund and place a new order for the item you want.
Why is my credit card being denied?
Here are the reasons why your card might be denied:
The Credit card company processing your card, for whatever reason has deemed that there are not enough funds or too many transactions on your account to process this order. You will need to contact your credit card or bank company.
The credit card information you entered did not pass our Billing Address Verification Check. When we check a card for available funds, we also check to make sure that the billing address of the card matches what the user entered. This is one way that we protect our customers from fraud. If the billing address doesn't match, then the order gets declined.
Do I need to be a PayPal subscriber to use the SK shopping cart?
No. Once you fill your cart and proceed to check-out you will have the option of selecting "Log in as PayPal User" or "Purchase product via Credit Card." Select the latter and follow the link to GUEST USER. From there you will bypass the PayPal User Log-In and purchase your items using PayPals Secure Check-Out. I keep trying to place my order but it's not going through. Why?
Make sure you have filled out all of the fields, inluding the country you will ship to. If you still have problems, email info@stonedkitty.com with a description of your problem and we'll look into your specific case.
How long will it be until my order ships?
We have a one to two week shipping time for orders within the United States. It can take as little as three days for delivery depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping times vary.
It's been a long time and I still don't have my order.
What do I do?
Email us at info@stonedkitty.com. You need to have your Order Number. This is the number that you received when your order was placed. When you ordered, you were directed to a page where you were prompted to print your receipt--the number is on that page. Once you email us, we'll contact you if we need to or just fix the problem and send you your order.
Can I place an order without a credit card?
No. At this time we are not accepting any orders except through our website. If you are interested in purchasing you must use a valid credit card or debit card and process your order through our official encrypted on-line store. Please feel free to email us if you have more detailed questions regarding this issue.
What is the Card Code?
The card code is a three or four digit number located on the back of credit cards and bank cards. This number is an added fraud protection feature used when someone is purchasing a product online or over the phone.
