Please read these terms of RETURNS + REFUNDS (“Terms”, “Terms of Service," "Returns," "Refunds," "Exchanges") carefully before using Stoned Kitty Catnip website (also known as the “Service”) operated by Stoned Kitty Catnip (“”, "this site", "the site," "Stoned Kitty," "Stoned Kitty Catnip").
Your access to and use of the Service (“you,” “users,” “user”) is conditioned upon your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users and others who wish to access or use the Service. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these Return + Refund terms then you do not have permission to access the Service.
Stoned Kitty Returns + Refunds
RETURNS FOR CATNIP
Stoned Kitty offers full 100% refunds/returns (minus shipping cost and sales tax) within 30 days of purchase, provided the product is in original condition, unopened and the catnip bag is unmarked or un-ripped or unscratched. Any leakage of product is NOT considered “original condition” and no return will be accepted for such item.
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
In order to process a return/refund, you will need to directly email us firstname.lastname@example.org and await a Custom Return Number from us. Please do not mail any catnip back for a refund before contacting us. Any items mailed to us without prior acknowledgement or Custom Return Number will NOT be accepted and you will NOT be refunded for the item(s). You may also call us at (734) 508-2726 so we may assist you with your situation.
All returned catnip that is accepted for full refund must be purchased directly from Stoned Kitty on Amazon, Ebay, or our on-line shop at www.stonedkitty.com. Any returns from purchases made at Karma Kat Kafe are not eligible for a return through our site and will need to be resolved with the store itself. Upon a the completed return process, your payment will be returned to your original payment credit card/debit card you used to purchase product within 30 business days.
PLEASE NOTE: IMPORTANT
Refunds/returns are ONLY for the actual amount paid to purchase the catnip (minus sales tax) and you are not refunded the cost of your shipping costs. It usually costs about $3 to mail a single catnip pack. It will cost $4 for a 3-Pack catnip return pack.
Lastly, you are free to keep all associated gifts, boxes, stickers, you were sent with your order and not required to send any gift or promotional items back with your catnip!
EXCHANGES FOR CATNIP
Stoned Kitty Catnip will offer an exchange on catnip, ONLY if user is able to mail damgaged item back. Due to past customer manipulation (family member opening product, ripping it opening, destroying packaging, etc) Stoned Kitty Catnip will no longer replace defective or damaged items for free.
However, we understand that in some instances due to our packaging or shipping choice carrier some packages may arrive damaged that are not due to (you) customer disturbances so Stoned Kitty Catnip will offer an exchange of the product if customer chooses to return the damaged item to Stoned Kitty (see above Return information process) – assuming customer will pay fully for the return shipping and also will pay a $1 processing and handling fee of new item to be mailed out.
If you/user will not return the damaged catnip or catnip their cat did not like, then Stoned Kitty Catnip is not able to send you an exchange package.
As stated above, this is due to past fraudulant experiences where customers will state that their cat did not like one flavor so they request an exchange, simply to be given a free bag of catnip. This is not a sustainable or profitable way of business that Stoned Kitty Catnip can carry on as we are small boutique and put a lot of effort into each bag of catnip.

RETURNS FOR MERCH AND GOODS
We offer 100% REFUNDS on all Stoned Kitty Threads and Goods! Please note that shipping fees and sales tax are not included in your refund/return and items marked as ON-SALE are not eligible for returns/refunds or exchanges.
We want you to love your Stoned Kitty Catnip Threads + Goods so we offer 100% refunds on everything (excluding catnip as you can find above)!
However, since our items are printed to order, we can not do traditional EXCHANGES (in most cases - see the following section titled EXCHANGES FOR MERCH AND GOODS for more information) – instead we’ll simply ask you to return/mail back the item and if it is new/as new condition, we’ll reimburse you 100% of your order (shipping fees + sales items excluded).

EXCHANGES FOR MERCH AND GOODS
As stated above under the RETURNS FOR MERCH AND GOODS section, Stoned Kitty Catnip does NOT TYPICALLY offer exchanges due to every item being a limited printing process, there is no ability to return or refund or size exchanged for the item. It is possible we might have extra sizes in the item you are returning, but all available sizes are kept up-to-date on our website. If you do not see your size listed on the SHOP page, then it is not available on our end. We will do our best to exchange your item with the same item (different size), however, we can not guarentee that your new requested size will be in. Therefore, we typically say not to exchanges, but will exchange an item with you if it is clothing that we have various sizes in. If we do not have your item in a different size, we are unable to exchange that item.
RETURNS + REFUNDS PROCESS
Refunds Return Process:
To begin the process of your return you must first contact us with your issue and then receive a Custom Return Number from Stoned Kitty Catnip.
1. Send an email directly to email@example.com which will:
- state the product concern and return reason
- picture of damaged item
- proof of purchase receipt with order number
The email in which to send this information to is: firstname.lastname@example.org only. You may also call us at (734) 508-2726 and we can process your return over the phone and supply you with your Custom Return Number.
2. Wait for a "Return Approval" email directly from Stoned Kitty Catnip. This email will be where you are notified of the Return Approval and given a Custom Return Number and the process to refund your item will be explained in the email. All communication from Stoned Kitty Catnip will come from email@example.com or Kate@stonedkitty.com.
3. Once you have received your "Return Approval" email from Stoned Kitty Catnip, you are able to mail back your item to us.
Please note: Regarding your Returns + Refund + Exchanges - please use a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Stoned Kitty Catnip can not guarantee that we will receive your returned item if you do not use tracking. It is your responsibility to confirm proof of delivery once you have mailed out your item for return or refund or exchange.
Please Note: It may take up to 30 business days for this refund to reflect on your credit card statement once the refund is approved and processed on Stoned Kitty Catnip's end once your item has been returned and inspected by Stoned Kitty. It may also take a few days for our staff to receive your email. Therefore, we suggest after you email us, please call us or text us a message so we are aware that you have emailed us a return questions/comment.
SHIPPING TO P.O. BOX
Stoned Kitty will ship to a P.O. Box only within the continental United States.
LOST PACKAGES + UNDELIVERED PACKAGES + MISSING ORDERS
In the case that your package is miss-delivered by USPS, Stoned Kitty is NOT liable for any missing packages or packages that were mis-delivered. Due to fraudulent behavior in the past, Stoned Kitty is no longer liable for refunding you (the buyer) the cost of your items nor exchanging you a new order for free if a customer states their package has been "stolen" or "was lost" by USPS.
Stoned Kitty Catnip only ships with USPS and therefore, if your package is lost, stolen, miss-delivered, or damaged upon delivery, it is the buyer's SOLE RESPONSIBILITY to handle the situation directly with the USPS office who delivers your (the buyer's) mail. You will be supplied a tracking number for your USPS document that you can track and monitor during the delivery period. Once your Stoned Kitty Catnip order has left our production facility + store, we are no longer liable for any damaged goods or lost packages.
Please be aware that shipping charges do not include international taxes or duties. Contact the customs office in the destination country for information about any applicable duties or taxes. If an order is placed on www.stonedkitty.com and then refused, you will be responsible for the original shipping & handling costs, as well as any duties, taxes and/or customs charges that were incurred in shipping the package. These amounts will be subtracted from your merchandise refund. Stoned Kitty is also not responsible for any lost or damaged packages mailed overseas. You (the buyer) will be given a shipping tracking number and once the package leaves the Stoned Kitty Catnip facility + store, Stoned Kitty Catnip is NOT liable for any damages or refunds or returns. You (the buyer) will have to file a complaint with the shipping company and department. Stoned Kitty Catnip has made every effort to minimize the international shipping charges. Stoned Kitty Catnip will only charge the original at-cost for these services. Stoned Kitty Catnip does not make any profit on our shipping services to international customers.
Also, www.stonedkitty.com is required by law to disclose the full value of the package contents and cannot alter this value. You will see the exact mailing price on the shipping information on your package. In the European Union, these fees can be 30% or more of the total declared value of your order. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
Please Note: USPS First Class shipping is the most economic option available but please be advised that it may take longer to receive the package and that it does not provide detailed tracking information.
